These are the songs I made in January 2019. I plan to release a “journal” album each month in 2019 to keep a personal/public log of what I have made and learned.

These songs are all made in one sitting (20–40 minutes) by improvising with one instrument at at time and layering until it nudges up against that notional feeling of done.

I don’t really post-process and I wouldn’t really know how to master these tracks so they are what they are in those moments.
