These are songs I made in February 2019. I am keeping these “journals” of the music I make each month as a public/private log of what I make and learn as I explore sound and music.

February was simultaneously a still and a tumultuous month. A series of those months maybe…

These songs were all made in various ways on my iPhone improvised and layered in real-time in 20–40 minute stretches. They are the sum of their parts — sometimes dissonant, sometimes melodic.

In total this album feels like nine sketches that form a larger drawing. They play out in the order I made them but they reach between each other and form their own connections.
